Ltd warrants to the end user that its products will be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of SIX MONTHS from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a sales invoice. If any defect occurs, the user must return the product by FedEx or DHL directly to our address. Proof of shipping should be provided through a tracking number sent to us by either fax, or e-mail. EliteCosmos International Co. Ltd will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or as a result of service by any other party. Except for the limited warranties above, this product is provided on an "as is" basis, without any other warranties of conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantable quality.
